SALTO – SOLIDARY COACHING

In the context of the crisis which hits with full force the labour world, the International Association of Certified Coaches of HEC deploys a program to support Solidary Coaching.

 

The SALTO initiative for Solidary Coaching is animated by IACC HEC-Paris Coaches wishing to support national solidarity and who propose to accompany executives and managers of medium sized or micro-businesses as well as of organizations of Social and Solidary Economy who might not be familiar with coaching practice or without means to call for professional coaching.

 

Your work organizations are turned upside down. In order to enable the recovery of your economic activity, you need to find new landmarks to manage your teams, also caring for the individual human aspects, and to create a new positive dynamic within your teams, badly hurt during the crisis.

 

Our Association proposes to help you through our professional individual and solidary coaching support SALTO: an individual accompaniment of 4 sessions (1 first contact and contracting session followed by 3 individual coaching sessions).

 

The volunteers engaged in this initiative are all certified professional coaches performing coaching in full respect of the IACC Deontological Chart and IACC commits to support all volunteers during this initiative..
