The association is governed by a governance board comprising 20 members (maximum). The members are elected for 2 years during the Ordinary General Meeting. The members can be relected twice at most.
The Ordinary General Meeting comprises all members of the association which their membership fees duly paid. The Ordinary General Meeting takes place once a years.
