Dear fellow members and clients,

 

The WEB IACC-HEC Paris is a space for exchanges, for sharing and to find information not only about our community of Coaches, but also for our clients, members and partners. This space is there to answer your expectation, to see the IACC-HEC grow and develop thank to your contributions.

 

You will find most of the matters of interest to you on: 

  • Our Association, the activities offered by our committees and our Leadership Team, the calendar of events,

  • The directory of our members and how to find an HEC Paris certified coach,

  • As well as on coaching, the ethics of our trade, the state of art and development of the accompanying trades.

 

Our motto: support focused on the client.

We are attentive to the contexts and stakes of the businesses:

  • A necessary transformation of the organization

  • The impact of the digitalization on every trade

  • The necessity to attract and keep the talented

  • The mutation of the leadership in this complex environment

  • The introduction of the artificial intelligence and, in fact, the sustainable revalorization of women and men in the company. 

 

Our vocation, our DNA: permeated in this economic and social context, the professionals affiliated to the IACC HEC Paris, accompany the development of the humane potential, accelerate the team cohesion and free the energies. In doing so, they reconcile the business and humane stakes, on the individual and/or collective aspect.

 

Who are the HEC Paris Certified Coaches?

Whether they are intern coaches, professionals in the accompanying trades, or coming from the business and rich managing missions, these coaches are committed by the ethics charter of HEC Paris and IACC HEC Paris and are supervised. A number of them are multicultural and are the actors in an international network insuring the cohesion in the local and global accompaniment.

All these professionals are very keen to DARE challenging their clients and accompany them outside their comfort zone… so that they reveal themselves fully to themselves. In doing so, they commit to develop the autonomy of the individuals and the teams they accompany.

 

At a time when “soft skills” are recognized as being assets which will make the difference between two people having the same skills, our coaches accompany their clients so that they can find by themselves the keys and path to reach their challenges.
